Your hair must be at least four inches long all over for the best results.

Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive at your appointment with freshly washed, blow dried , clean hair, free from any products, oils, or conditioners. This ensures the best results for your braiding service and helps maintain the longevity of your style. Failure to follow this policy may result in an additional prep fee of £15 or rescheduling of your appointment.

Boho Braids Hair Requirement:

  • For the best results, human deep-wave hair is recommended for this style, as it is easier to manage and reduces tangling.

If you’re unable to get human hair, please purchase:

  • Aftress Deep Twist Bulk Hair

Choosing the Best Braiding Hair for a Flawless Look

  • For the best results, always purchase pre-stretched Impression braiding hair or other high-quality pre-stretched braiding hair brands—excluding X-Pression. Pre-stretched hair ensures a sleek, natural finish, reduces prep time, and provides a smoother braiding experience.

Deposit Policy

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for braids and a £40 deposit is required for Faux Locs.

  • This deposit will be deducted from your total payment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid via cash or bank transfer at your appointment.

  • Deposits are only refundable if BraidedByAsh_ is responsible for cancelling your appointment.

Lateness Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed if you are running late.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £7 late fee will be added to your service.

  • If you are 15 minutes late, a £12 late fee will be added.

  • If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to ensure fairness to other clients with scheduled appointments. If your appointment is still accepted, a £20 late fee will be charged.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via your confirmation email at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the 48-hour window will result in a 50% charge of the remaining service cost to the card on file.

    Additional Policies:

  • No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your deposit is secured.

  • The appointment address will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Inquiries & Response Time

  • For any questions or concerns, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

  • Premium Appointment. For last-minute bookings, please email me. A £40 emergency fee applies, plus a booking fee of £20-£40 (depending on whether you’re booking for braids or locs) to secure your appointment.

Booking Availability

  • New appointment slots are released on the 20th of every month at 8 PM. Be sure to book early to secure your preferred date and time.
